Apple TV and the Ipad2

The Apple TV2 (2nd Generation) allows streaming of hd movies from your ipad to a digital tv with HDMI or projector with HDMI.

It helps stream higher resolution 720 video without the hiccups of traditional streaming thru a wifi device. You also have to make sure you purchase a high quality dual band wireless modem that also supports hd video. Without a good modem you might as well have no technology that has WIFI.

Apple will be retooling their software soon. Called the IOS 5. This will allow the Ipad to mirror everything to a TV or HDMI capable projector. This will come in handy while featuring apps for future presentations as well as pinching and zooming your photos on the big screen. Right now only certain apps are airplay enabled but do not allow full mirroring. The Apple TV will be the future bridge to your Ipad to TV wireless connection. Apple will also be retooling their laptops and computers to have the gesture like properties of the IPAD and IPhone. The Apple TV looks like a square hockey puck and cost 100 dollars at the moment.

From what I can tell from my seat is that Apple cost more initially but seems to save money in IT management because it understands the end user. They need to get stuff done not configure the network. They also have the same passion architects and designers seem to take with their projects in the design of Apple products.

Beauty is more than skin deep with Apple and it seems to be Apple picking season for most computer buyers these days.
