Hello all,

I was very impressed with the app by Sketch Book Pro. Some key features are the ability to gesture, pan and zoom to sketch more detail. You have many pens and brush styles to choose from and have control of color, pen size, and transparency.

It combines high-quality digital pencils, pens, markers, and airbrushes with a Multi-Touch gesture-based user interface, enabling you to create everything from quick sketches to high-quality artwork on the iPad2.

The Dagi stylus P501 I find can follow a line better than most stylus. It does take some time to get comfortable sketching with it. This tool and stylus are good for schematic sketching but if you practice quite a bit I'm sure you can make some very polished looking drawings. It is a great tool when your away from the office.

I also like the layers that are available with Sketch Book pro. You can import a rough sketch, photograph, sketch up model (export jpg) and put that on a layer and start sketching over it with multiple layers. Layers allow much better control. Just like Photoshop. It even exports in psd format. Look at layers as your digital trace paper.

Try taking a photograph import it Sketch book pro turn the opacity to 50 percent and start to sketch over it on a new layer.

Good luck with Sketch Book pro.
